  38. Wheel of Luck 2.1d is a Windows game similar to the popular 
  39. television "Wheel of Fortune" game. Players take turns guessing
  40. letters to solve a phrase. Supports 1-3 players, user-editable
  41. phrase file, user-customizable Windows 3.1 sound effects via 
  42. .WAV files if a sound board is installed. Realistic animation.
  43. Runs in Windows Standard or Enhanced modes.
  44. REQUIRES VBRUN200.DLL TO RUN, available for free.
